We ship internationally. Please process to checkout for shipping rates to your specific location. Please note that orders ship from Canada and may be subject to additional customs fees upon delivery.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Please make sure to send your packages to a secure address. Once your package is in the hands of a shipping carrier (Canada Post, FedEx, etc.), it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen in the delivery process or once it is delivered, please file a report with your shipping carrier and notify by emailing perleandjade@gmail.com.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL SALES FINAL. We are happy to offer an exchange for another product or store credit if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, however customer is responsible for return shipping cost. We recommend a tracked service, as packages lost in transit are not our responsibility.
