For Made-to-order items:
All made-to-order items are FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. All other products that are unworn and in original packaging are eligible for exchange or store credit if requested within 14 days of delivery by contacting perleandjade@gmail.com.
Please note shipping charges for returned items are at customer expense and we suggest a tracked service, as packages lost in transit are not our responsibility.
Store credit or exchange will only be extended once the item(s) have been received and inspected by our team. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if we deem the product has been misused or the damage is not a defect.
Other products:
All returns must be:
- Unworn
- Have no signs of wear or damage
- In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
- In all original packaging (box and pouch included)
Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. Perle + Jade will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Perle + Jade has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.
